  1. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party opposes any and all COVID vaccine and testing mandates, by both private and public entities, and supports legislative efforts to ban COVID vaccine mandates in Wyoming.
  2. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Wyoming Republican Party supports legislation being enacted to address the listed statutes limiting Voting Registration and party affiliation changes to forty-five (45) days before an election (not including Election Day) to standardize the actions outlined in WS 22-3-102 and 22-5-214 to only be available outside the open election dates provided in WS 22-6-107.
  3. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Wyoming Republican Party calls on the Wyominglegislature and the governor of Wyoming to pass and sign into law, legislation that mandates that should no candidate receive a simple majority of votes in any election, the two candidates with the most votes shall enter a runoff election, thus ensuring the winner represents the majority of the electors.
  4. WHEREAS, Senator Larry Hicks and Representative Steve Harshman, while in their official capacity, acted in an unacceptable and uncouth manner toward a fellow member of the Wyoming Republican Party, and did in fact violate the tenants of the decorum that befits good order and impactful debate and had brought into question their standing as a legitimate and effective representative of the people under the republican brand;
  5. RESOLVED, that Representative Elizabeth Lynne Cheney, will officially no longer be personally recognized by the Wyoming Republican Party as a “REPUBLICAN” Representative in the State of Wyoming, via the powers granted to us by the Wyoming Republican Party Bylaws, Article III – Section 3, and through the statutory authority mandated by Wyoming State Statute 22-4-118(a)(v)(F), and ultimately by the inalienable and indefeasible liberty granted us by God, protected from government infringement by the provisions of Article I – Section 1 of the Wyoming Constitution.
