3. Message:
Dear Representative,
As a resident of _______________ County, I oppose SF0024-Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact.
· Wyoming would subordinate these practices and patients to a compact with open-ended, future requirements, for example, the word “binding” being used repeatedly and in regard to future rules. The commission may initiate legal action against Wyoming for noncompliance.
· Wyoming would be forced to accept rules liberal states concur with, but not ours. Future rules adopted become binding. If a majority of member state legislatures vote to overturn, they may, but only if the majority stands with Wyoming.
· This compact requires Wyoming to participate in a data system at an indeterminable cost. With rapid technological changes this cost will be ongoing.
· Adverse actions against a practitioner in other states will complicate Wyoming’s judicial system, creating another cost.
· If Wyoming enters this compact, they will be nearly impossible to leave.
These are just a few concerning points from this contract.
Please Vote “NO” on SF0026.
Thank you!

Dear Senator,
As a resident of ______________ County, I support HB0104-Hunting of Predatory Animals-Amendments.
· Farmers and ranchers would benefit from additional predator management that would occur by allowing this practice on public lands adjacent to private properties.
· Significant financial losses to livestock producers through predatory animal hunting could be decreased with the passage of this bill.
· The restriction on using night vision for hunting on public lands makes 48% of Wyoming off-limits to hunters and unnecessarily restricts hunter opportunity.
· Over 30 states allow this practice, and there is no biological reason to restrict night vision that would justify this policy by Game and Fish.
· There is widespread public support to end this unnecessary bureaucratic ban using night vision on public lands.
Please Vote “YES” on HB0104.

3. Message:
Dear Senator,
As a resident of Sheridan County, I oppose HB0007-Underage Marriage-Amendments.
· Testimony has not identified a problem in Wyoming which this bill addresses.
· The bill chips away at First Amendment Free Exercise of Religion. When asked about particular religious groups in Wyoming during House Committee testimony, the sponsor said the numbers in these groups in our state are not large enough to consider this a problem. Liberty for all people is important.
· Pro-life legislators should vote “no” because decisions for life are more likely if young parents are allowed to marry.
· The best possible family unit for children is a married mother and father. If the parents are young, this bill denies that child.
· The U.S. Supreme Court wrote in M.L.B. v. S.L.J., 1996, “Choices about marriage, family life and the upbringing of children are among associational rights this Court has ranked as “of basic importance in our society,” rights sheltered by the Fourteenth Amendment against the State’s unwarranted usurpation, disregard, or disrespect.”
· Wyoming Statute recognizes Parental Rights as a fundamental right. Parents of young people are the best qualified to guide them in making life’s difficult decisions.
· For those concerned about forced marriage, minors may seek intervention through any mandatory reporter. Also, Wyoming Statute 20-2-101 addresses voidable marriages.
Please Vote “NO” on HB0007.

3. Message:
Dear Senator,
As a resident of Sheridan County, Wyoming, I oppose HB0047-Election Equipment- Federal Certification because of the current amendments of SS001 and SW001:
· I supported the bill with amendment HS001 because it allowed county clerks and voters to contest an election and to bring concerns and complaints forward.
· Faith in Wyoming’s elections and accurate and true voting results are of paramount importance to the voting citizens in our state.
· I do appreciate the role of county clerks in administering county elections, and I value the Secretary of State’s oversight and do expect a transparent working relationship between them.
· I would appreciate insistence on an ‘air gap’ measure to ensure integrity of votes in our machines.
· Many voters distrust machine voting and desire to return to paper ballots based on all of the national election fraud.
Please Vote “NO” for HB0047 as amended currently.

· Black and white would diminish quality of photo on Wyoming driver’s license and ID card
· Digital color photo’s should continue to be required to provide proof of identity and would help lessen identity theft
· Changing or altering our current equipment would cause undue additional expense that is certainly not necessary

3. Message:
Dear Representative,
As a resident of __________ County, I oppose SF0079-Plan of Safe Care-Newborns. This bill is very disturbing in the fact that SF00779 places precedence for "safe" child care squarely in the hands of a "patient care team" which I argue would rarely consist of parents or legal guardians because how how many parents or legal guardians are medical practitioners. This bill provides opportunities for the state to take children away from the parents and further damage families. There could be questions of medications interacting negatively during pregnancy which are prescribed by doctors versus illegal drug use being reported.
No doctor wants to admit the drugs they prescribe have adverse effects to babies during pregnancy (i.e. the COVID-19 shot and many others). Also, what if that parents at birth do not choose to have their infant child vaccinated (i.e. HEP B shot). There are different ways to address drug and alcohol use but tearing the child away from their families is not the only solution.
Please Vote “No” on this bill.
Thank you!

· Wyoming Legislative Services Office issued a December 2021 memorandum citing security and privacy concerns with open banking.
· The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) wrote regarding open banking, “Today, the CFPB is proposing to create a registry of contract terms that financial companies use to censor their customers and force individuals into surrendering their legal rights,” January 11, 2023.

· County election offices will have less burden in cost as well as time.

Dear Representative,
As a resident of _________________ County, I oppose SJ0003-Property Tax Exemption for the Elderly and Infirm. While I am concerned for these people, I am also concerned for all who were hit with large property tax increases, for example, young families.
· This bill provides a benefit only to a very specific group of people.
· The Republican Party Platform “rejects the use of taxation to redistribute income."
· Reducing poverty is not a government responsibility.
· Creating a property tax exemption will increase the workload and the cost of administration.
· A better step is to provide property tax decreases for all home owners.
Please Vote “NO” on SJ0003.
