2.  Subject:  HB0074-Wyoming Outdoor Recreation Trust Fund, Please Vote “NO”

3.  Message:

Dear Representative,

As a resident of __________County, Wyoming, I oppose HB0074-Wyoming Outdoor Recreation Trust Fund.

·       This trust fund requires additional taxpayer money to create and administer a project that will benefit only a fraction of the Wyoming people.

·        New travel/tourism/recreation are not essential services during a down-turn in the economy, which will affect every taxpaying Wyoming household.

·        This will take 5% from the General Fund’s share of state sales and use tax to build a whopping $50,000,000.00 fund, or any amount up to that until July 1, 2026, whichever comes first.

 Please Vote “NO” on HB0074.

Thank you!
