Dear Senator,

As a resident of Sheridan County, Wyoming, I oppose SF0020-Driver’s License and ID Card Photo Quality. 

·        Identification features should be clearly displayed in color ie : eye color, color of hair 

·        Black and white would diminish quality of photo on Wyoming driver’s license and ID card 

·        Digital color photo’s should continue to be required to provide proof of identity and would help lessen identity theft

·        Changing or altering our current equipment would cause undue additional expense that is certainly not necessary
